Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Offline Installer
This tool will help to install DotNet 2.0 framework, DotNet 3.5 framework on Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 and Windows 8.1 with Update 1
It is offline, (no internet is  required), and standalone no Windows ISO or Windows DVD is needed.
And supporting all Windows 8, Windows 8.1 languages and versions. (works on 64 bit and 32 bit).
Microsoft’s latest OS Windows 8 comes with version 4.5 of .NET Framework which is required to run software programs developed using the same version of .NET. But there is one slight problem! Most of the existing software require version 3.5 of .NET Framework installed to be able to run. When you try to install .NET Framework 3.5 in Windows 8, it asks you to connect to Internet to download required installation files.

1) Download the “dotnet_win8.zip/dotnet_win8.1.zip”.[Links Given Below]
2) Open the “dotnet_win8.zip/dotnet_win8.1.zip” file.
3) Just run the “setup.exe” file and follow the on screen instruction to proceed.
4) It will Take 4-5 minutes to compete the installation depending on your system.
5) After installation It will popup with a window aking to clear the temporary files.
6) Just click on Yes and Wait for 1-2 minutes to complete the Process.
